Responsibilities
- Assist in vendor onboarding, coordinate reporting, track employee data, and support business-as-usual (BAU) activities such as submitting requests, handling escalations, and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Work closely with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Provide regular updates and maintain effective communication regarding ongoing tasks, issues, and escalations.
- Develop and generate regular and ad hoc reports to support decision-making and business management. Perform operational analysis to track key metrics and business performance.
- Help streamline and improve operational processes, monitor inboxes, ensure timely delivery of reports, and support the management of operational workflows.
- Work with team members to ensure project goals are met, provide assistance in project-related tasks, and foster a positive team environment.
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in business analysis and operational support. Contribute to team knowledge sharing and skills development.
Qualifications
Must Have:
1-2 years of business analysis experience or similar role.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to monitor inboxes, track multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice to Have:
Experience within the banking sector or financial services.
Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Experience in handling escalations and processing operational requests.
