Responsibilities
•Contribute to the day-to-day process of Trade Confirmations and deliver quality documents in a time efficient manner
•Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of Trade Confirmations
•Apply knowledge of Trade Confirmation platform, processes and regulations and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
•Actively engage with legal and front office teams to develop and maintain working relationships, build an understanding of client needs and deliver optimal service
•Represent the team as the first point of escalation for customers/business partners
•Handel and coach the team to ensure operational issues are handled appropriately and participate in the negotiation and resolution of significant internal and/or external issues
•Identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen the team
•Analyze issues, conduct investigations, and contribute to audit reviews; assist in performing project testing
•Contribute to process improvements and innovations using automation tools
•Support industry driven projects (T+1, IBOR transition, etc.) and product onboarding initiatives
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
•1 to 2 years Capital Markets experience – more specially into operations
•ISDA definitions and ISDA practices
•Strong MS office
NICE TO HAVE
•VBA/Macro
•Python
•Alteryx
