Responsibilities
-Supervise, mobilize and evaluate internal branch staff
-Manage time and attendance, vacations, sick days, etc. with the workday system
-Resolve problem situations with customers and employees
-Ensure orders are delivered on time and maintained in the computer system
-Provide customer service in keeping with the company's image and reputation
-Approve certain invoices
-Ensure building maintenance (supervise employees' work, mandate and coordinate maintenance contracts with suppliers and contractors)
-Ensure that all personnel comply with safety standards and local regulations with the collaboration of the Sales Managers, who supervise the sales representatives
-Ensure the maintenance of G.P. and sales in each division
-Manage inventories and space, collaborate with branches
-Ensure compliance and enforcement of company policies
-Control expenses within established budgets
-Coordinate training activities for branch employees;
-Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies and standards.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or business management training
-5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position
-Experience in the HVAC, electrical or hearth industry
-Bilingual French/English
-Good knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel
-Positive, rallying and mobilizing leadership
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Good organizational skills
-Creative, open-minded problem-solving skills
