Responsibilities
• Support team on Services and Delivery: planning, deadlines, manages and/or supports the processing of invoices and credit memos
• Receives, from Customers/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.
• Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs
• Supporting with correction of charge codes
• Perform project initialization
• Perform administrative duties and associated paperwork.
• Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
• Update information in databases according to the plan/revised plan
• Participates and supports special projects related to improvement initiatives..
Qualifications
• Bachelor's in administration or finance with 2 to 5 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum experience in a Project Management Office.
• Bilingual French and English
• Ability to manage one's time with multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Autonomous, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimum guidance and supervision.
