We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Order Management Representative for a leading company in the GTA. Working as part of a team, the Bilingual Order Management Representative will provide customer service and order management support for the company’s French-speaking customers. This is a 6-month contract with opportunity for permancny. The Bilingual Order Management Representative position is a hybrid opportunity with a blend of working from home and onsite in Mississauga/Oakville.
Location: Mississauga/Oakville
Pay: $23-26/hr
Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am - 6:30pm

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Accurately placing orders into CRM software and programs such as SAP
- Processing orders via phone, email, chat
- Resolving issues and concerns relating to order errors, delivery, and billing
- Resolving customer inquiries over phone and email, delivering excellent customer experience in both French and English
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to the quality of the product in a timely manner
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Bilingual in French and English is required
- Experience working in a customer service/client-facing role
- Excellent written communication skills in both French and English
- Tech-savvy! Proficient in multitasking on a computer within many software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
- Able to work independently, with impeccable attention to detail
- Supportive team player
