Position - Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: hybrid in Toronto (downtown) - 1 day in officer per week
Salary: Ranges between 25/hr to 28/hr
This is a full time opportunity on contract.
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Fri - between 8 am and 6 pm
(rotating shifts with full time hours)
Start Date: Nov 7th, 2024

Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Record conversations in our center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Identifies customers' needs and provides customers with possible solutions.
- Collaborates with other departments to provide our customers with the information they require or the best possible
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to resolve complex problems
- Positive and professional customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task with high efficiency
