We’re hiring Bilingual Customer Service Coordinators to join our team in the heart of Ottawa, just west of downtown. In this role, you’ll deliver top-notch customer service over the phone and via email, making a difference with every interaction.
Please note that you must be in Ottawa or Gatineau to be eligible for this role!

• Must be available during hours of work between 8am-8pm

Responsibilities
• Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
• Take and make calls in a tactful manner - hold 30 mins planning session calls
• Assist clients with solving complex problems
• Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
• Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
• Effectively manage your time while working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Bilingual French and English is mandatory
• Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)
• Background in relocation services is considered an asset
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• Love problem solving
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
