Responsibilities
Assign work shifts to employees based on client needs
Ensure strict follow-up on schedules and assignments
Design and adjust the schedules for home care employees
Implement disciplinary measures in case of non-compliance
Create and update client care plans in the management software
Modify schedules for clients and caregivers as needed
Communicate essential work information to caregivers by phone or email
Re-engage inactive clients and offer services again
Address complaints and implement necessary adjustments
Support the integration of new employees
Compile and analyze employee availability on a weekly basis
Supervise caregivers: performance management, attendance, and adherence to policies and procedures in collaboration with management
Qualifications
Experience in customer service
Previous experience in scheduling or shift management (a plus)
Bilingualism (French and English) required
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and priority management
Comfortable with IT tools and scheduling management software
Autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit
