The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers on finding the right solution for their account and assisting with creating a payment plan when needed. This is a permanent position that offers an annual salary of $61,000 + with the ability to earn more based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle collections for clients as required and monitor reports to ensure that all accounts are being talked to within your territory
- Manage accounts and build relationships with customers to ensure that the right plan is selected for their organization in the collection process
- Create and maintain accurate notes on customer files to ensure that the correct information is on file for clients
- Review reports and generate daily Credit reports for the team to review
- Take ownership of customer account portfolios and recognize when processes need to be adjusted.
- Place customers on Credit Holds if required.
- Work with the team in creating efficiencies where possible
Qualifications
- Bilingual French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills!
- Past experience with Collections - specifically with Account Management in a Collection sense.
- Ability to manage Accounts well and provide communication on payment requirements and proposed plans for payment.
- Experience working, reading and creating reports
- Effectively being able to build rapport with current and past customers to ensure that the relationship is maintained.
