🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing inbound and outbound client communications — phone, email, video — with professionalism and warmth
Guiding clients through products, services, or post-sale support with a solution-driven mindset
Maintaining accurate notes and updates in CRM systems
Collaborating with internal teams (sales, logistics, support) to ensure seamless service delivery
Following up proactively, solving problems efficiently, and keeping client satisfaction high
Tracking KPIs and sales/service metrics — and consistently exceeding them
Qualifications
🔍 Who We’re Looking For:
Perfectly Bilingual (French & English) – You navigate between both languages with ease, in writing and in conversation.
Canadian Experience – You understand the local market, business culture, and client expectations.
Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in client care, sales, or aftersales support roles — ideally in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.
People-Centric and Professional – You know how to communicate with clients of all levels, take ownership, and follow through.
Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable with CRM systems, modern software tools, and digital communication platforms.
Results-Oriented – You’ve consistently hit your targets and know how to turn challenges into wins.
