Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a leading pension administering company in the Thornhill area. This is a permanent full-time position located in Thornhill near highway 7.
After your probation, it is a hybrid work place model, where you're only required to be in office 50% of the time, otherwise you get to work from the comfort of your own home!
Pay: $50k-$55k based on experience
Hours of operation: 8-4 pm or 9-5 pm

Responsibilities
- Answering high-volume calls in a timely manner
- Providing general information to plan members regarding benefit amounts or claims
- Transferring calls to pension officers as required
- Providing information on eligibility for various plan provisions
- Creating and sending out LOA letters, and WSIB documentation
- Preparation of pre-retirement letters
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Previous call centre experience
- Excellent communication in both ENGLISH and FRENCH
- Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
-Go getter outlook, with a positive attitude and tons of ambition
