This role requires a seasoned professional adept at working across multiple stakeholders, analyzing complex projects, and delivering actionable plans and recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the business, Enterprise Project Management Office, Business Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, and the Digital Strategy Planning and Engagement team.
- Develop a high-level five-year Digital Investment Plan, detailing the sequencing of proposed projects and required digital capability investments.
- Align the investment plan with the objectives outlined in the organization's Digital Strategy.
- Create detailed presentations, reports, and supporting documentation to communicate plans, options, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define business strategies and processes, supporting transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to established Federal Government standards and frameworks
- Offer expert advice and guidance to development teams, IT operations, and architecture teams.
- Coordinate the creation of training materials and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
Qualifications
Valid Government of Canada security clearance at the Secret level
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, enterprise architecture, or a related field.
Proven track record of consulting and delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within the Federal Government.
Extensive experience in developing strategic plans, investment frameworks, and high-level project roadmaps.
Post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering is an asset.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).
Expertise in digital transformation, enterprise project management, and governance frameworks.
