Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, providing courteous, accurate, and timely responses to incoming benefit inquiries from plan members.
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve medical or dental inquiries via phone or email using various systems and tools.
Deliver timely resolutions to benefit-related inquiries, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
Partner with other departments to address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Additional Details:
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within these hours is required.
Qualifications
Excellent English and French communication skills
2 to 3 years of call center experience.
Must be tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Security Clearance required
