YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSEMBLER AJUSTER:
The assembler adjuster is responsible for preparing and carrying out format changes. Responsible for cleaning and sanitising mobile equipment, he is also in charge of maintaining and organising the tool room and the mobile equipment fleet. The assembler works under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor in collaboration with the technical team. This position is available on day or night shifts.

Responsibilities
The ASSEMBLER ADJUSTER main duties are but not limited to:
• Participate in format changeovers/setups on production lines
• Adjust equipment to different products and provide technical support to production
• Verify mobile equipment requirements to prevent and manage equipment conflicts according to the production schedule
• Participate in efforts to standardize and improve equipment as part of continuous improvement projects
• Effectively apply current washing and sanitizing procedures
• Perform cleaning, dismantling and reassembly tasks
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including pumps
• Carry out adjustments and repairs to ensure the performance of production line fillers
Qualifications
• Bilingualism functional (French and English) to work as part of a team with colleagues who speak different languages
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to use a mechanic’s basic tools
• Team spirit
• Attention to detail and work organization
• Demonstrate autonomy
• Has manual dexterity and physical fitness
