Advantages

- $20 - $22/hr
- 3 month contract with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries and determine appropriate course of action. This may include proactively investigating, recording and advising on the resolution
- Onboard new clients and manage external transfer requests
- Process and review daily business transactions
- Manage and update client databases
- Prepare documents for signatures/e-signatures using DocuSign
- Participate in meetings and events
- Inputting data into Excel
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Tech savvy and able to learn new software's quickly
- Experience with MS Office and CRMs is beneficial
- You are personable and enjoy providing a high level of customer service
- You are very punctual, reliable, and friendly
- Great communication skills
