In this permanent position, you’ll play a pivotal role in their organization by implementing and evaluating new administrative procedures, overseeing office operations, and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met. As the Administrative Officer, you will coordinate with office support staff, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts to keep things running smoothly.

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as the Administrative Officer
• Implement new administrative procedures
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Perform data entry
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Resolve conflict situations
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
• Working independently, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage a large workload under pressure while remaining detail-oriented
• Efficient interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Key Traits: Flexible, Organized, Reliable, Multitasking, Time Management, Adaptability, Integrity, Team player
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience and specialization: Computer and technology knowledge, MS Excel, MS Word
• Area of work experience: Project coordination, Area of specialization, Project management
• Post-secondary preferred
