Responsibilities
Support the Director and contribute to administrative efficiency.
Respond to calls and inquiries in a timely manner.
Entering the orders to correspond with the transport companies in a timely manner.
Support the accounting department in billing tasks.
Answer customer questions related to billing.
Contact customers who are in arrears.
Order office supplies.
File documents.
Any other task requested by management.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years experience in office work with a specialization in administration.
Ability to communicate in French
Ability to communicate in English, an asset
Have knowledge of the Office Suite
You must demonstrate mastery of the following behavioural skills: Autonomy, versatility, organizational skills, enjoy working in a team and be focused on internal and external clients.
