Responsibilities
- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, while managing office supplies to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Print, bind, and scan documents such as financial statements, reports, tax returns, and internal forms, ensuring they are embedded in electronic files as needed
- Provide reception coverage and assist with meeting room setup, catering, and maintaining office cleanliness throughout the day
- Maintain filing systems and manage both internal and external records, liaising directly with the storage facility as required
- Assist the Manager of Administrative Services with various tasks, including organizing internal receptions, setting up spaces for new colleagues, and maintaining office areas
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective at prioritizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
