We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a well-known company in the North York area.
This is a CONTRACT opportunity for approx. 4-7 weeks.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Vice President and their leadership team and will be responsible for:

- Receive, sort and log mail from a variety of clients using the appropriate equipment or procedure to record
information for tracking purposes and organize mail for processing by the appropriate parties/functional areas/departments.
-Perform standard prescribed quality checks and follow defined control measures to meet or exceed department goals.
Strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Pay: $18-$27/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities
-Address any misdirected mail, cash or other risk items (e.g., other financial or non-financial items) as per Standard Work
Procedures. May distribute to appropriate parties/groups.
-Validate, sort, list or verify items against specific lists and/or documents (Multiple Depts).
-Prepare output documents/packages for distribution to clients, customers or vendors in accordance with work instructions,
ensuring accuracy and SLA timelines are met.
-Identify and address any issues related to assigned work by escalating to PSO, AM or Manager to ensure daily productivity and
client requirements as well as client service levels are met.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma
1+ year of experience working in an office setting
Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal savvy
Strong initiative and ability to apply judgment to make solid decisions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple, changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Outstanding customer relations skills
