Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Perform data entry (Excel)
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in the construction industry an asset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent command of MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
- Proficiency in online research tools
- Ability to learn new computer tools
- Bilingualism (French-English) essential
