Responsibilities
• Prepare sales presentations for customers in all channels.
• Provide sales product line lists and catalogues to sales team for each season.
• Participate in sales meetings with account managers.
• Ensure all customer documents are completed accordingly.

➢ Price change notifications
➢ Temporary rebate
➢ Purchase order forms
➢ Buying show templates
➢ Seasonal templates
➢ Planograms
➢ Line sheets, general forms
➢ Vendor contracts
• Compiling vendor order information and ensuring orders are entered by order department and
ensuring sufficient inventory levels.
• Provide upon request to customers the following.
➢ Samples
➢ Flyer images
➢ Graphics
• Prepare and communicate information to salespeople provided by sales manager or account
managers.
• Inform sales team of customer comments or complaints and out of stock issues.
• Respond to all e-mails or messages in a timely manner
• Other tasks and duties
Qualifications
Bilingual; Must be proficient in English / French; written and spoken
2 years experience as a customer service representative / coordinator
Experience in the fashion industry would be an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office; Excel
Proactive & self-starter; able to suggest initiatives;
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with clear deliverables and timelines;
Excellent interactive communication skills;
Good organization and time management skills;
Creative and analytical thinking;
Positive and Adaptable
