Responsibilities
As an administrative assistant, your responsibilities will be:
-Preparing transfer documentation and closely monitoring the progress of all transfers
· Timely processing of transactions and conducting close follow-up using internal systems
· Detailed entry of client discussions, client meetings and logging of all client communications
· Preparing and editing correspondence, communications and other documents
· Developing a keen knowledge and understanding of applicable Compliance regulations and addressing various Compliance reports
· Managing executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
· Closely monitoring and managing executive’s emails
· Replying professionally to client inquiries either electronically, in person or by telephone
· Prepare materials required for client meetings
· Communication with clients
· Answering incoming calls, receiving and interacting with clients
Qualifications
Experience in the financial services background an asset
Bilingual English and French (spoken and written) or English an advanced French.
At least 2-3 years experience of administrative skills
Strong attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word,, Excel and Outlook)
