Shift: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office

Responsibilities

Providing high-level administrative support, ensuring quality service and professionalism. Managing a multi-tasked environment and meeting deadlines. Applying due diligence to ensure accuracy in preparing and completing required documentation. Managing incoming inquiries and requests for information.
Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to maintain organized and confidential information. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with administrative activities, scheduling, expense management, and booking meetings. HR experience and experience with Workday are preferred. High school diploma or post-secondary education; education in HR is an asset.
