Responsibilities
Communicate with external suppliers and maintain relationships with them to gather product information (specifications, photos, instructions, technical documents).
Document internal databases for product creation and maintenance.
Document products published on our websites, including creating new product pages and updating existing products.
Obtain and modify (if necessary) technical drawings and instructions according to company criteria.
Maintain divisional websites ensuring that products intended for the respective markets have been published.
Answer questions from internal customers (sales, customer service)
Prepare and coordinate the shipment of orders for samples or replacement parts.
Coordinate and monitor the creation of product launch materials (sales sheets, web banners).
Coordinate and monitor the creation of marketing activity materials (catalogs, email marketing campaigns, trade shows) according to established schedules.
Qualifications
DEC in marketing or administration
Professional experience in a similar position
Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken
Good knowledge of computers:
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Advanced Excel
Adobe Creative Suite (PDF editor)
Image editing software
Sense of priorities, sense of urgency and initiative
Team spirit
