Responsibilities
In this Accounts Receivable Clerk role located in King City, your responsibilities will include:
-Billing and Invoicing: Preparing and issuing accurate and timely invoices to customers.
-Payment Processing: Recording and applying payments received from clients while ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.
-Accounts Reconciliation: Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to confirm all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.
-Customer Communication: Professionally responding to customer inquiries about billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account statuses in a timely manner.
-Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports, including accounts receivable aging reports and collections updates.
Qualifications
-At least 1 year of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience.
-Familiarity with major ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAP is a valuable asset.
-Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
-Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
