Responsibilities
Review and process invoices for payment, verifying the correct authorization, GL coding
distribution, and associating with the correct purchase order or contract agreement.
Communicate with Management, Project Managers and Vendors regarding any invoices,
statements of work, purchase orders, or any other reconciliation requirements.
Prioritize invoices according to payment terms, discount potential and other applicable
prioritization factors.
Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and
reconciling invoices
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, strong math and analytical
abilities, and proficiency in using PCs and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Well-organized and responsible with a high level of dedication.
A team player with a strong aptitude for problem-solving
