Our client in the healthcare manufacturing industry is looking for their next AP clerk to join their growing team.
The position will report to the Director of Finance and will work closely with the accounting team to provide accounts payable support.
This position is located in Markham 5 times a week onsite.

Responsibilities
• Review and enter all AP invoices.
• Perform a three-way match between purchase orders, BOL, and vendor invoices.
• Work closely with business units to ensure proper processing of invoices, i.e., receiving, coding, and approval.
• Corresponding with vendors/suppliers
• Reconciliation of AP
• Monitoring packing slips to match with invoices to ensure correct pricing.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills.
• ERP knowledge
• High comfort level and capabilities with accounting systems and software as well as Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, escalate, and assist in problem resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
