- 3 weeks of vacations + 5 flexible days
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial statements & month-end reporting (Journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, etc)
- Preparation of performance KPIs
- Work on various monthly analysis reports
- Supervision of 2 Accounting Technicians (Payables, Receivables, Collection)
- Bank reconciliations, Fixed Asset Projects and Maintenance
- Participate in the annual external audit
- Analyze inventory and inventory cycle counts
- Contribute to the global success of the enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor of accounting or CPA
- 5 to 7 years of experiece
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast pace environment
- Bilingual (written & oral) English/French
- Detail oreiented
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Acomba an asset
- Autonomous & Proactive
