Responsibilities
-Contributes to the monthly financial reporting activities to maintain a robust reporting structure.
-Handles the processing, validation, and reconciliation of invoices for both accounts payable and receivable.
-Records transactions in the ERP system, including payables, receivables, credit card expenses, bank reconciliations, and online expenditures.
-Partners with the Accounting Manager to assess and improve inefficiencies in existing processes and systems.
-Assists the Accounting Manager in designing and refining business processes to meet management’s informational, decision-making, and control requirements.
Qualifications
-Combined experience and education in Finance and Accounting
-Experienced in managing day-to-day financial activities such as processing invoices, bank reconciliations, etc.
-Experience with ERP systems
-Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
-Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
-A team player that is not afraid to take on additional responsibilities as they come.
