This profile will be responsible for managing customer relations, objectives and results, account growth for a portfolio of 20-35 clients for whom we offer digital marketing services such as: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, Tik Tok Ads.

He will have to work independently while being able to follow up with customers and ensure the smooth running of projects. A good understanding of SEA issues is necessary, but he does not have to be a technical specialist in this area.
This role should be filled ideally by mid-January.

Cultivate lasting professional relationships;

Conduct regular surveys and maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction;
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and client portfolio management in an agency;
Proficient in project management tools such as Asana
Excellent communication skills in English and French, written and oral, for effective communication with a bilingual clientele and an international/national team;
In-depth expertise in digital marketing;
Experience in SEM and SEO, conversion rate optimization, digital signage, social media data analysis, etc. ;
In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, including current trends and best practices;
Familiarity with various online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, paid media, etc. ;
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze marketing data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Use of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Looker Studio, etc. ;
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers;
Managing customer expectations and proactive problem solving;
Ability to effectively manage time and priorities to meet multiple client needs;
Intellectual curiosity and analytical mind;
Discretion and high professionalism in the handling of sensitive information;
