Responsibilities
Experience and Role Accountabilities
• A minimum one (1) year of clerical and general office experience or equivalent.
• Complete the work assigned by the acquiring manager or business group by processing data, generating reports, and scheduling meetings using basic skills in MS Office applications as well as applicable office procedures while providing status reports as required.
• Communicate effectively with employees and appropriate third parties by responding to requests and creating meeting presentations, agendas, and minutes following business communication guidelines.
• Responsible for various administrative functions including room bookings and schedule management, addressing inquiries received in-person, by phone, and via the Front Desk and Training inboxes, catering, and supply and equipment maintenance for the business center, classes, and lunchroom.
• Assist the business group or process in performing financial tasks by processing payments, and monitoring, reconciling, and reporting on assigned records in the accounting system, accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Must haves:
-Good people skills/ dealing with students/staff
-flexible nature
-in office 5 days a week to start
Nice to haves:
-comfortable with SharePoint, Excel & MS Office Suite
-Previous BCH experience is an asset
