Responsibilities
-Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, colleagues, and clients.
-Manage reception and office-related tasks, including printing, invoice processing, data entry, and supply ordering.
-Coordinate vendors, handle reception duties, provide team coverage, manage deliveries, address general administrative inquiries, and oversee inventory coordination.
-Provide efficient administrative support to the Director and team.
-Assist in planning and coordinating various meetings and company events.
-Handle phone calls, sort emails, and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
-Collaborate with internal and external vendors to maintain office supplies.
-Work with the facilities team to ensure that necessary materials and equipment are available and in operational order.
Qualifications
-2+ years of experience working in an administrative role
-Knowledge and experience with processing invoices and creating POs for clients
-Proficient with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, TEAMS)
-Ability to deal with confidential/sensitive issues using discretion
-Excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Proven analytical ability and judgment skills;
-Adaptable and eager to thrive in a dynamic work environment with tight deadlines and support a multi-person team with a professional and service-oriented attitude
-Responsibilities might be diffrent based on the company's needs
