Randstad App is an all-encompassing mobile app  and web portal that gives employers instant, 24/7 access to thousands of temporary workers. Employers can create a simple profile in minutes and begin posting jobs with no upfront costs getting started. Randstad App's platform has taken what used to be a frustrating sector of business, temp labour, and turned it into a great solution that big and small companies can utilize to fill their labour gaps.

First you need to download the Randstad App in either the App Store or Google play, then you can begin creating your account. Once you have downloaded the app you can complete your registration, and here you will also have access to our web portal sign-in. One of our team members will verify the rates you would like to pay the workers and activate your account.

No, there are no upfront costs with the Randstad App. You’ll only be charged for workers once their hours have been confirmed by you.

Here are the step-by-step instructions for posting a job on the Randstad App: 

1. Open the app, go to the Jobs section and select GIG to create a job.
2. Fill in all the details step by step: job type, salary, location and anything else that might be relevant.
3. Specify the number of workers required and assign project roles.
4. Review all details and click Post Job to complete.
5. You can add an announcement for talent before their shift starts.

You may need multiple supervisors or leads in charge of different sets of Randstad App workers. By adding a Manager Account in the Randstad App, you can add as many of your supervisors or leads to the app as possible just by inputting their email, name, and password.  

Tap on the menu on the top left of the app screen. From there, tap on the Managers option and follow the steps. Input the manager’s name, e-mail, and password for them and tap Invite. They will then be added to your Manager’s list. They need to confirm their account by actioning the email we sent them, and then they can download the Randstad App and log in.

The Manager Account offers basic functionality for check-ins and check-outs and does not display any financial information.

Once you have checked out all of the Randstad App employees and confirmed their hours, we will initiate the payment process. 

You will be invoiced once a week for the work completed by Randstad App workers.
