Randstad Canada is proud to announce that Women in Governance has recognized its commitment to implementing a gender-balanced workplace, and has awarded the company Bronze-level Parity Certification for 2020.
In the spirit of continuous improvement, Women in Governance Parity Certification serves to recognize companies that achieve desired results by adopting measures, practices, and programs that promote gender parity in their organization.
In developing its questionnaire, the Parity Certification Committee conducted extensive research on trends across sectors, with the support of McKinsey & Company and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec, Quebec’s order of certified Human Resources Advisors.
This Women in Governance certification demonstrates how Randstad Canada’s strategy and action have resulted in progress towards total gender parity with respect to promotions, recruitment, and remuneration—at all hierarchical levels.
