- Pay starts at $22.22 per hour
- Roles are available in our new plant in London, Ontario
- Work for a renowned Canadian brand that you’ll be proud to call your employer
- Work on the production line in a variety of roles to produce high quality poultry products
- Monitor product quality and specifications and performs necessary checks
- Operate production equipment including managing parameters, monitoring performance, and reporting issues
- Perform other tasks according to daily requirements and working overtime when necessary
what we’re looking for
- You are a team player who is willing to learn new tasks
- You are able to read, write and communicate in English
- You are comfortable handling or working around raw poultry products
- You are able to work in compliance with GMPs, HACCP, Health & Safety and WHMIS requirements
- You are able to work in a fast-paced work environment with repetitive tasks in a wide range of environmental conditions
stationary engineer
about the Job

- Maintain/ Monitor/Test/ log all steam generating requirements by operation code
- Maintain/Monitor/Check all refrigeration equipment requirements to TSSA Standards
- Participate in plant equipment repairs/installations
what we’re looking for
- Must hold a minimum of a 4th Class Stationary Engineer certificate and a Refrigeration Operator Class B License or certification as a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer and 2 years working experience
- Must have experience working with ammonia cooling and compressed air systems
- Able to work shifts on 24 hours/ 7-day week
- Self-directed / motivated team player open to new technology with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Able to do heavy lifting regularly (up to 50 lbs)
industrial electrician
about the Job

- Be deeply involved in progressive, proactive maintenance routines, with a philosophy deeply rooted in a predictive approach in a 24 hour/day operation
- Troubleshooting and execution of identified corrective maintenance requirements
- Carry out documented work requests and apply corrective action
- Perform assigned work orders and account for inventory and labour on a computerized maintenance management system (SAP)
what we’re looking for
- Red Seal Certification (Ontario Electrician license), with proven industrial field experience (3 years or greater preferred)
- Knowledge of the design, techniques and tools applied in electronic and electrical applications, with experience in pneumatics and hydraulics
- Ability to collaborate with automation engineers
- Operate production equipment and evaluate performance as required
- Extensive knowledge of plant and process equipment operations
industrial millwright
about the Job

- Machine and fabricate components on a case-by-case basis for equipment repairs/upgrades
- Troubleshooting and execution of identified corrective maintenance requirements
- Welding of equipment or part repair
- Interpret mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic drawings and schematics.

- Ability to execute planned and scheduled daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Must have a full complement of personal/professional hand tools
