Workday Integration Developer - ON-SITE

Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Workday integrations using cloud integration platforms.
• Collaborate with HR functional teams to refine business processes and integration solutions.
• Analyze and resolve issues between Workday, internal ERP systems, external systems, and vendors.
• Manage data migration and transformation processes effectively.
• Conduct integration performance optimizations and routine encryption key management.
• Support testing phases, including developing test plans and executing unit and integration tests.
• Document integration processes comprehensively and conduct knowledge transfers to HR Technology team members.



Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience with Workday integration technologies.
• Expertise in API-based integration methodologies and integration security protocols.
• Profound understanding of HR data flows and core HR concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data transformation and mapping.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
