Shift - Days 730am-4pm (Mon-Fri)
Location - North York
Salary - 65-75k (depending on skills + experience)

Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide woodshop workers to ensure timely, efficient production.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan and schedule tasks.
- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards through inspections and adjustments.
- Mentor and train new and existing team members.
- Monitor inventory and work with the Purchasing Manager to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain and troubleshoot woodworking machinery and tools.
- Enforce safety standards and company policies.
- Resolve production issues to keep operations on track.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of woodworking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery. (CNC, saws, woodworking etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
