Our client in Hamilton is looking for a welding team lead to join their dynamic team in the heart of Hamilton.
This is a weekend shift, working 36 hours but getting paid for 40.

Responsibilities
-Fitting and Fabrication of materials.
-Supervise workers and projects.
-Direct the assignment of work duties, ensuring that delivery deadlines are met, and finished product matches the engineering drawing.
-Ensure that company Quality Control policies are adhered to and strive for continuous quality improvements.
-Instruct and mentor apprentices and team members.
-Read and interpret Engineered drawings, blueprints, and welding process specifications
-Perform in-process inspection of welded products.
Participate in Production process, interacting and working cooperatively with Quality Control and Production.
Qualifications
-Strong welding and fitting skills
-CWB tickets an asset
-Previous lead hand experience
-Good attention to detail
-Ability to work in a face paced environment
