Responsibilities
- Perform welding on various materials to create tooling needed for production.
-Building and retooling / repairing current
-Ensure all welding projects meet safety standards and quality specifications.
-Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
-Weld and fabricate metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
-Operate welding equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
-Perform inspections and quality control checks on welded parts.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
-Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to resolve technical issues.
-Flexible to do other work including, fabrication, designing then developing CNC program and putting together

Qualifications
-Strong experience in welding, primarily on thinner metals such as Aluminum.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work.
-Proven 2+ years’ experience as a Welder/Fabricator
-Red Seal or Welder Level B certificate is ideal.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
-Strong knowledge of welding procedures, materials, and safety practices.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
-Experience with metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, and fitting parts.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
-Adaptable
-Willing to adapt and be flexible and work hours as needed
-CNC experience
