We’re looking for someone with a strong background in plate welding and structural fabrication who is confident in their craft and committed to high-quality work.
Pay Rate:
$36.67/hr + $3/hour premium for weekend shifts
Total: $39.67/hour
Shift:
Saturdays & Sundays – 6AM to 6PM
(24 hours per week, with potential for weekday/full-time shifts)
Note: WEEKENDS ARE A MUST. Candidates must have reliable transportation, as the shop is not transit accessible.

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welds on heavy steel plate components
Interpret blueprints and welding diagrams
Fit, tack, and weld parts according to specifications
Operate Oxy/Fuel torches and other cutting tools
Maintain quality control and follow safety procedures
Collaborate with fitters and other welders as part of a team
Keep your work area clean and well-organized
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in steel plate welding or structural welding
Strong proficiency with Oxy/Fuel cutting torches
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and weld symbols
Confident using tape measures in both metric and imperial
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Able to commit to 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
Reliable transportation is a must (no transit access)
