As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in both the integration and professional development of warehouse employees. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to new hires and upskilling existing team members to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. This position is vital in maintaining a safe, productive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Responsibilities
The Warehouse Trainer has to:
- Welcome and onboard new warehouse employees, guiding them through the integration process.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on company procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure new hires acquire the skills necessary to perform effectively at their workstations.
- Monitor and assess employees’ performance to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Tailor training approaches to meet diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance insights to employees post-training.
- Identify additional training needs and recommend suitable action plans to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards during training.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to enhance training frameworks.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of training materials and methods.
Qualifications
The Warehouse Trainer must have:
- Experience as a warehouse trainer (mandatory)
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Management experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work.
