Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Supervise and supervise a team of logistics agents (20 to 50 people depending on the site).
- Ensure the integration and training of new employees.
- Organize schedules and the distribution of tasks.
- Monitor individual and collective performance, and implement improvement actions.
Performance and continuous improvement:
- Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify and report anomalies or malfunctions.
Procedural Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and quality standards.
- Apply and enforce internal procedures (inventory management, order preparation, shipping).
- Participate in internal audits and inspections.
Communication and reporting:
- Liaise between management and operational teams.
- Participate in production meetings and escalate any issues encountered.
- Provide regular reports on activity and performance.
Qualifications
The Team Leader must have:
- Professional certificate
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Management experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work.
