Position: Team Lead
Shift: 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $24 per hour
Location: SE Calgary

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient and safe operations
Train new hires and support the continuous development of existing employees
Oversee daily workflows to ensure the team meets operational targets, adhering to quality standards, and achieving maximum productivity
Maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring all team members follow safety protocols and warehouse guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience, with a background in a leadership or supervisory role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in managing a diverse group of employees in a fast-paced environment.
