Ability to motivate teams and drive them toward achieving performance goals
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

Effective communication skills — verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management systems (WMS/ERP)

Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support a team of 20–50 logistics agents
Plan and manage staff schedules and task distribution
Onboard, train, and integrate new employees efficiently
Monitor KPI performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans
Optimize workflows to boost productivity and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, inventory standards, and quality protocols
Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold standards
Serve as a communication bridge between floor teams and management
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on team performance and operations
Qualifications
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
Significant experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, supply chain or industrial
production.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Ability to manage a large team and drive performance.
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
