Responsibilities
🔹 YOUR ROLE 🔹
✅ Supervise a warehouse team and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
✅ Optimize inventory management and warehouse flows using WMS and modern tools.
✅ Ensure compliance with health and safety standards (CNESST, internal policies).
✅ Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and suppliers.
✅ Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S) to boost operational efficiency.
✅ Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications
🛠️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🛠️
✔️ 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution management.
✔️ Experience in team supervision in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
✔️ Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and IT tools.
✔️ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
✔️ Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and optimize team productivity.
