Responsibilities
Coordinate with management to set daily priorities and production goals.
Supervise and train warehouse associates, ensuring compliance and profficient operation of forklift and duties
Enforce workplace rules, policies, and safety protocols.
Maintain a respectful work environment and assist in conflict resolution.
Monitor equipment and heavy machinery usage, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance.
Perform quality control audits by visually inspecting products and reviewing paperwork.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Administration to resolve operational and customer concerns.
Qualifications
Organized and motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills
Valid forklift certification required.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and team-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills, including great customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with the ability to learn specialized inventory software.
Previous warehouse supervision experience is preferred.
