Lead the Crew: Guide and inspire a small, tight-knit crew
Keep Things Organized: Ensure everything from inventory to shipping runs like clockwork.
Front desk dealing with Contractors and suppliers - handling booking trucks and delivery schedules.
Problem Solve: Use sharp thinking to tackle challenges head-on and keep things moving.
Be the point person- interacting with all levels of teams
Qualifications
MUST HAVE Previous experience in warehouse management or leadership (ideally in a small company setting).
MUST HAVE Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you’ll be juggling a lot, but with grace.
MUST HAVE Ability to inspire and lead a team, big or small.
MUST HAVE excellent verbal and written communication skills
MUST BE proactive with a positive attitude and a passion for improving systems and processes.
MUST BE hands-on, can-do mindset and a sense of humor (because work should be fun, too!).
