Leading a small team of 3 to 4 direct reports
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 3 to 4 direct reports to ensure their daily KPIs are achieved
Able to manage pick line projects from implementation to completion
Select and package all assigned pick line sales orders by the shipping date
Order picking and packaging using an RF scanner when needed
Loading and unloading products using Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Cherry Picker
Resolve issues by applying critical thinking to confront challenges directly and maintain progress
Auditing, inventory assessment, and order management tailored to business requirements
Qualifications
A minimum of one year of leadership experience in a warehouse is required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and solution-focused, dedicated to improving systems and processes.
MUST BE hands-on, can-do mindset
Must be externally certified on Counterbalance, Reach Truck and Cherry Picker
