We are currently hiring an Administrator for a supply chain company in Milton. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skill and experience entering in data to excel. A great attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems is an asset for this role.

Advantages
- 2 month contract
- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm
- $21/hr - $23/hr based on level of experience

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end receiving process through administrative task
- Compile paperwork and distribute to the warehouse to verify product and quantity
- Validating receiving documents match the inbound packing slips
- Report and reconcile any receiving or inventory discrepancies to Purchasing or Finance departments
- Manage bills of landing documentation
- Coordinate and records outbound bin returns
- Provide monthly bin count to purchasing
- Answering inbound calls as needed
- Responds and directs e-mails and in-person inquiries from internal and external customers
- Files all inbound, outbound , billing, and other documentation as needed
- Presents a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors and supplies
- Other administrative task as required
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years experience in an administrative roles
- Experience with data entry into Excel
- Knowledge of WHMS is an asset
- Detail Oriented
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
