Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives while providing strategic guidance to leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate performance tracking and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing, optimizing capital structure and cash flow to support operations.
- Assess financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enhance internal controls for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, leveraging technology to improve financial processes and collaborating with stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or similar field of study
- CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a senior accounting/leadership role
